A Day in the Life of a Radio Himal Host

1. The Writeup

RHV hosts spend countless hours thinking and making a plan and preparing material for every RHV episode that you listen to. And they continue to tweak and hone it until the very last moment. In this shot, Host Sheela Sainju is giving her last minute touches to the essay that is going live in a few minutes.

No Show for Feb 26, 2011

The show has been cancelled for Feb 26 for technical reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience. Show will resume on March 05.

Radio Himal Vancouver Now Facebook Ready

Facebook ConnectFacebook users can now login to RHV using their Facebook account and password. Just click on the "F Connect" logo under "User Login" box on the right and you are ready to go. The benefit to this approach is that you will not have to verify your account once you login this way. This will save you time and help you share RHV contents with your friends easily and quickly.

Save Time while Commenting

If you are a frequent commentator on our site, please register yourself at http://radiohimal.com/user. After registration, you may login each time to comment and your name, email is automatically filled.

An important added benefit to registering is that no one else can comment and put your name in the comment field. For example, if you are an unregistered user using a pen name of "Ram", someone else can write a comment and also put his/her name as "Ram" thus confusing the readers and worse, taking away identity. If you are registered user, no one can take away your name "Ram" and all your comments will only be yours for sure.

No show on 10 & 17 April, 2010

The FM Station, CFRO 102.7 which helps us air RadioHimal every Saturday is a co-operative that is run by volunteers. Because they need resources, they are running, "Spring Member Drive Special Programming" and as a result, RadioHimal will not be available on 10 and 24 April, 2010. Hope you will bear with us.
